two pans of sevilles on, using two slightly different recipes for comparison/interest. For one I have quartered the fruit, for the other I am boiling whole.
My bed stripped and remade; DS's bed stripped.

Judi I haven't cleaned for 2 weeks either. Partly because I know I have next week off work - you and I will be both making up for lost time, it would seem.

Weather forecast for tomorrow ok so I plan to peg out bedding and clean out Benny Bunny. He's had a day in the run today and will have another tomorrow. I'm also hoping to get a bit of gardening done. I planted a bay tree today; I have raspberries (rooted canes) soaking and hope to plant them tomorrow.

A few weeks ago, I mentioned going to WDYTYA Live at the NEC Birmingham and wondered if anyone else fancied it.

I will be going and will also be in Birmingham for a few days so am suggesting the following if anyone is interested .........

Flylady lunch somewhere in central Birmingham on Thurs 16th April midday-ish

    and / or

Flylady dinner somewhere in central Birmingham on Thurs 16th April 6 p.m. ish

    and / or

Flylady meet at WDYTYA Live at the NEC on Fri 17th April (open from 9:30 - 5:30)

If you are interested in any or all of the above, please let me know.

I will be staying at a Pr3mi3r 1nn (£35 per night) if anyone wants to consider that too.

Will also think about a London or Portsmouth meet in the near(ish) future too!

    Morning everyone.

I was at my voluntary job Friday and out all day yesterday with friends for coffee the lunch. It was a nice change and good company.

Got book tokens to spend but nothing has caught my eye. Still got some to read though.

Today will be doing bits off the list ready for the new week.

Dusty Sending healing vibes for your Mum.
LW Hope you have recovered from the migraine.

Morning all. Hope both Piggers and LW are feeling better this morning.

Frodders, I can do the flylady meet as one day only on Friday 17th April, so if you're definitely going to be there, let me know and I'll book my tickets and travel now.

    Plans for today:
Declutter two items (includes one from yesterday that was identified but has not actually left the house yet)
Walk the dogs (DD may come over to partake too)
Cut up old rug and put on weedy border
    Hoover and mop through house
    Water house plants
    Gym
    Bath
Go out to dinner with DH

And I actually think I can do all this. Oh and the dailies and get washing up to date.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning everyone

Busy day yesterday, I had to go into town for the library/post office/shops so I cycled in, only 4 miles each way but I was quite pleased with myself. Then spent the afternoon doing paid stuff.

Very late night last night, had a great night out with DH and friends.

Its a lovely morning here, almost spring like. I want to try and whizz through the whole house with a duster and hoover because things are really starting to slip and I am going to have another week without much time for flying. Must try and get some washing done too.

Dusty hope your Mum had a good night and things are improving.

LW hope you feel better today. Seems like a rough time for you at the moment and your body is not giving you much of a break.

Well, really should get dressed and make a start!
