I agree. There's actually written in the law regarding Tax Credits saying that HMRC should have to prove its being claimed fraudulently and not be up to the claimant to show that they are entitled to it. However I really can't be doing with arguing the toss as I've mainly been left alone since I started claiming once I was signed off from the job centre.
I need to send statements from all my bank/building society accounts, tenancy agreement, council tax bill, gas/electricity/water/telephone bills, maintenance proof (they're getting a "verbal agreement of XXXX see bank statement" on the covering letter), benefit letters and I have to send ORIGINALS covering 6th April 2014 - 27th Jan 2015! Its going to be a parcel, not a blooming letter. I'm going to gather everything together on Monday as I'm stuck in due to the gasman coming and I can post it first thing Tuesday morning. No point sending it recorded delivery today as its got the whole weekend to go missing!
Another busy day for me. Going to have another coffee as I'm freezing, and get on with stuff. I don't know whether I'm coming, going or I've already been this week!
we have had one too:mad:
ours is for child tax credit. They are claiming that I earnt twice the amount I said I did - that's not what is on my P60:mad:
Another thing to deal with...Nikki and pigpen sorry you will have to go through so much hassle
I wonder if they have sent these letters to people who are actually claiming fraudulently
sorry for the rant...although I haven't been posting I have been flying...saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Another stressfuland wasted day at the hospital with Mum who has now been admitted for the night, they are not sure why she feels unwell so are running tests.
Going to wash up the breakfast dishes and do dinner for DS3 and get a card in the post but as the postie has just emptied the box it is going to be late sadly. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Done no flying today apart from dailies, as today as been mainly spent, baking cupcakes for next door to take away on hols with her tomorrow, stain block painting 2 chimney breasts in both boys room, and scraping paint off one wall in bathroom, it was peeling off and gone mouldy, so going back to bare paint (quite easily), going to paint with pva, then stain/mould block paint and repaint.
Should keep me busy
Hugs to all who want / need, smiles for everyoneLoving life to the full, just need purse full too

I hope they can find something to help her soon xxx0 -
Dusty, hope your mum is ok.
Well my determination counted for nothing. Another long day at the paid stuff, so I must take time out to do not a lot this weekend.
Have just finished baking some cookies for a charity fundraiser tomorrow and DH is now cooking some supper.
We're planning to go out tomorrow afternoon - we shall see.
I'm getting almost too tired now to eat. Right, stop moaning Jazee and just get on with it.
'See ' you all tomorrow.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Hope your mum has a comfortable night dusty and they find a cause for her discomfort. I hope also you and your sister get a decent night knowing that your mum is being well cared for and monitored.
Dr did mil a phone consult but want me to take her down the surgery next week so they can have a look, and see how she is. The tablets she's on are all ok and nothing clashing, I think the numb legs and pain when asking is going to be due to the fractured vertebra.
Dropped DS2 at the train station with a friend, we are still no wrest to where they are going, DH is just taking DS1 and a friend to a party so we are getting an evening to ourselves.SPC~12 ot 124

Hi everyone
Dusty - hope the hospital soon finds your Mum's problem
I had a bits and pieces day today and finished the ends of the lists, watered all the balcony pots and troughs and cleaned out the fridge.
I went through all the bottom cupboards in the kitchen and threw out a few plastic pots, lids and bottles that were a bit grotty/not needed and a few old pot scrubbers (I keep used ones for the odd dirty job like washing flower-pots or oily hands but had too many). Now just three top cupboards and my spice/herb/sauces cupboard to go through.
Have been sorting my holiday out for next month. I booked the flights and main hotels ages ago to get offers. I had to contact the hotels and change the credit card details and have been looking at information for the trains. I am going to try to get it all done over the weekend.
Watching the Rugby whilst on here and .........final whistle - win to England 21-16
Hope you all have a super Saturday and hugs, sticks and spoons to all those needing some

Hugs to dusty- a worrying time
Well... Nothing done off the lists. Hubby got back from work at 4pm and the breakfast pots were still on the table! He was not impressed. But... In my defence. I left the house at 8.30 for the school run, took ds2 swimming, ran some errands, took ds2 to have lunch and a play at a play centre with some friends. Had 10 minutes at home before picking ds1 up from school and then had to do drinks and snacks. So not like I had been sitting on my a*** all day! It's not like I go out every day like this! Sorry rant over! It's just I work bl**dy hard to try and keep on top of the house and the one day I dont I get complaints!
Anyway, tonight I have sorted out all the stuff ready for the nearly new sale. Tomorrow I ahve to drop all that off, buy some cards, buy anniversary present, take present to my bro and sis in law, take bday pressie to my niece, do the weekly shopping, pick up leftover stuff from the nearly new sale. All with the kids in tow as hubby wants to do park run in the morning. So hopefully should get back late afternoon. Then Sunday morning we are busy but no plans for the afternoon. I have told hubby to keep it free so we can do some jobs around the house! We will see!
So, I won't update the list as nothing to cross off but will say goodnight. XGrocery challenge-
