Hiya, I finally got round to reading this thread through! It's all looking good.
Tomorrow's lunch for us will be pitta breads filled will ham, salad and coleslaw which I'm quite looking forward to. I do hate trying to fill the pittas though because they just rip constantly! I was getting a bit annoyed!

Hello everyone, happy Monday to you all
Welcome new people, whether you are new to MSE or just new to this thread
I have added everyone up to here
JoJoC you havent set a target, did you want to? I had the same probs with pitta, but now i toast until they puff up, and leave for 3 or 4 mins to go a bit hard. Then they dont rip so easily. Also, Tesco do very large wholemeal ones (about £1 for 6, so not very frugal), but these dont rip so much as they are bigger.
Just2Ashamed- no worries, just jump on the wagon again and all is good
scotmumof3- thanks, I'll have a look in H&B next time i am near one.
Have a great day everyone!0 -

That's good.
5 in a row, I didn't buy anything this week, no coffees, no lunch, no snacks. I can't quite believe it. Just shows what you can do with some planning and the support of people here. :money:
It seems like magic at first, doesn't it?It's amazing what a bit of planning and lots of determination can do. :money:the.new.me wrote: »I took lunch to uni all 4 days last week
