Good luck with the car boot, I might do one too if ex-OH will have DS. Are you taking your DS with you? If you are he must be an angel because I'd never be able to take mine with me (he's 3).Cos I don't shine if you don't shine.0

Yeah I will be taking him with me, he's supposed to be at his dads this weekend but he's still on holiday so I get an extra weekend
I took him with me last time and he was pretty good, he saw it all as a game of shops and I took his play till and kept giving him the odd penny to put in it
He helped bring people to the stall and they chatted to him which then gave me the opportunity to sell
The only problem is if he gets hungry / wants the loo etc ... I'm going to take some food with us
The only other hiccup is when he sees me selling some of his old toys and of course he deides he really can't live without them, even though he hasn't played with them for yonks  At the moment he wants a new train for his train set, so I will tell him that if we get some pennies for his old toys then he will have some pennies to get new toys

Ooh he's good if he lets people have his old toys. Mine always seems to find my pile of car boot stuff and drags most of his old toys back out.:rolleyes:Cos I don't shine if you don't shine.0

We've had a lazy afternoon, I spent most of it listening to the footie on the radio, but my team were relegated
After that we made some fairy cakes to cheer us up
I've had a bath and done some washing too, and am all set for the car boot in the morning. I'll be going to bed nice and early tonight as we need to leave here by 6:30am   then again, ds is normally awake about then anyway, so we'd probably be up by then even if we weren't going out, but it does seem a criminal time to be out and about on a sunday morning

I've been playing around with some numbers while Britains got talent was on.... please excuse the following geekiness, but it is all handy stuff for me to know
.....
My mortgage currently is €340 a month, of which €236 is interest  This works out at €7.61 a day in interest (31 day months) / 32p an hour or €7.86 a day (30 day month) / 33p an hour.
Including the repayments to the actual mortgage debt, my mortgage costs me €10.96 per day (31 day months) / 45p an hour or €11.33 per day (€30 day months) / 47p an hour.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
