Just sold something on a buy-it-now for £6.99  It was a top that I bought about a year ago for £7 and its sat in my wardrobe for a year, so at least I got my money back on it
I've also managed to get the home phone working again, its had no dialling tone for about a week. I finally went through tonnes of paperwork and found the instruction manual, went through all the trouleshooting things, got very annoyed with it all, then noticed the adaptor thingy wasn't plugged in properlyAll fixed now though

Hi BB
Isn't there interest on you rnext account? Would it be better to pay it off with your mortgage overpayments money then build that back up so that you don't pay interest on that Next account? Or has the mortgage money aready been paid off?0 -
Morning bbam . Lovely day here. Sorry to read about your friend. Good that you can keep an eye on her as you are off this week. Just wondered if you have stopped doing Aqua (sp!) because I've not seen you mention it lately ?

KM ... you're right about the interest on it, I have some more money in my savings account for emergencies, I think I will pay it off with that and then pay it back into my savings
Elidee ... I haven't done much aqa'ing for a bit, I really will try and do some this weekI just find it so much more interesting reading threads and catching up with stuff on mse in the evenings, eather than having to think about aqa

I've just got back, we've been round to visit my friend again and we went for a walk down the beach. She's been told she should start walking but if she feels dizzy etc she needs to stop. Well we walked through a wooded bit to get to the beach and told ds we were going gruffalo hunting which he loved
Unfortunately we didn't find any gruffalos today  so we sat on the beach for a bit then went to the cafe for lunch (£9 ) then headed back. Ds is now playing happily with his trains as all the walking has worn him outand I am planning on a lazy sunday afternoon
I am going to have half an hour on here then alternate with half hour bursts of activity
