  • Hi BB

Sorry to hear about your sons behaviour, I imagine its so disheartening when you put so much time and effort into him. One thing I am interested to know though is how is his behaviour when he is with you, you never seem to mention he is hard work? How is his behaviour for his dad? And how about his about behaviour when with his grandparents?

Tell me to mind my own business if you prefer not to say. It would just be interesting to know if his behaviour depends on the people/place/time/situation etc

His behaviour can be different depending on who he is with ... before xmas he went through a horrible phase at home, he kept hitting me and stuff, but since xmas that has improved hugely. With his grandparents he's the same as when he's with me. At breakfast club / afterschool club hes an angel apparently, with his dad he's always perfect allegedly .... unfortunately i dont believe a word his father says anymore so whether that is true or not, who knows

His teacher reckons hes more likely to be good for his dad as in his mind he would be scared to push him too far in case he left him again :o:o

    Hi bbam

I'm sorry this week has already been so tough for you - hope it improves towards the end, and the Moors Valley thing comes up - I'm just sorry I won't be there.

You work so hard at paying off the mortgage - sounds like you regard it as a millstone around your neck, and don't feel you belong on the mortgage free board completely - well, I'm glad you're here! :grouphug: you *are* a regular poster, even if I don't quite manage to catch up regularly, I like reading your diary ( doesn't that sound bad outside of this online context! ). Anyway, you know what I mean.

Take care - more pampering required, I think.

Today has been a much better day ... ds earned 4 (out of a maximum 5) stickers today :j :j He gets them for having kind hands and good behaviour etc. Its such a relief when his teacher says he's been good  :D
My day at school was a lot more relaxed now the dreaded inspection is over and done with, all went well there so everyones happy at work ;):D

Not much else to add really ... I went to tesco last night and spent £20 on bits, and then went out for a drink with my sister (£6), Mum and Dad were down as they're house-hunting down here :j so they babysat for me ;)

On the Mr Bump front ... I have covered an old hat with bandages and then I will put some more bandages round his midle and dress him in lots of blue clothes ;) Tomorrow his class are going on a trip to the park, and he knows he has to behave well or he will stay behind with the other class, so hopefully it'll be a god day again tomorrow ;):D

Off to catch up on some other threads now, be back later :D

Yay its half-term :j :j :j We finished early today and I was home by 1:15, and I don't need to pick up ds until 4:15, so that gives me 3 hours to catch up on here and try to get ome housework done so th flat is straight before the holidays begin :D

So far I have whizzed round and each room is looking presentable (except the lounge, just about to start that) and then I need to clean an hoover through. I have quite an ironing pile built up again so I may tackle that tonight

Ds has swimming tonight and then I'll probably nip into Tescos and do the food shopping after. I'm hoping and praying he has a good day at school today :o:o:o

Yesterday was a no spend day, today won't be because of the food shopping though. Other than that though I don't think I will be spending anything :D

Think I spoke too soon about not spending any more money today, had to replace a front light on the car which was £6.99, but the guy in the shop did fit it for me ;):D

I spent £18 in tesco which was pretty good for me but I do need a trip to the farm shop for fruit/veg and meat still.
