Morning everyone ... its freezing here !!! The sun is statring to shine though so hopefully it will warm up before we go to Moors Valley ;)

Last night I spoke to my friend on the phone and she has been off work all week as she fell over in her room, hit her head and blacked out. She has concussion and it sounds very scary. I am going to go and see her after the Moors Valley trip :D

I must also try and figure out where I'm up to this month moneywise as I haven't been tracking it at all :o:o

I've been to see my friend and she is not good. She is usually a very positive person, doesn't dwell on stuff and gets on with life. This accident has really thrown her, she's clearly not right yet, physically she looks fine but the concussion is still there and she is very shaky and not herself at all. She's feeling under pressure to return to work yet there is no way she is anywhere near ready to go back. Its quite frightening seeing her like it a its not her at all :o:o

The moors valley trip was lovely, it was a shame we missed Tigz, hope Elizabeth is feeling better now :o It was nice to meet other mse'ers though, and I did spend £40 on an annual car park pass while I was there but it was budgeted for :D

I've also spent £15 on petrol today and £1.30 on an ice-cream for ds when we got home. I'm absolutely freezing though and am gonna have a veging on the sofa evening tonight ;)

Glad you enjoyed the moors meet. Sorry to hear about your friend though, does she live alone or is there someone there to keep an eye on her?

She lives alone which is part of the reason its shaken her up so badly. She has been staying with her parents since it happened but she came home yesterday. She will be having at least another week off work and luckily we don't have much booked up this week other than ds swimming lessons, so I should be able to keep an eye on her ;):D

Morning all, I went through feb's money last night and I reckon I've got £215 left for the month, which has to cover food, petrol and anything else I need  I don't think I should need to spend much on petrol, hopefully no more than £20. I also have to get my dads birthday present £25 and I must get some new jeans (approx £50). I need a trip to the farm shop as I didn't get there yesterday in the end, which will probably be about £10. If I can save any of this months money then it will go towards the Next account.
