Does it say who owns the car park and if Napier just "manages" it for a third party?

    I will look tomorrow

My understanding is that the car park is owned by Charter House Investments LLP.

Aside from Carnegie Asset Management the other two directors are none other than de Savary senior and junior. Napier Parking are, of course an entirely separate legal entity to Charter House and could be properly employed by the latter to "manage" the car park.

In exactly the same way as the car park at Fareham railway station is owned by Prague Junction LLP but "managed" by Napier. Prague Junction LLP has two directors - the two de Savary's.

    I could go on...
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

  • if the land is private the police are unable to prosecute, I contacted them once over parking issues on private land where someone kept blocking us in and an ambulance couldnt get to a resident because of them and the police said they were unable to do anything because it is private land
  • hahaha just seen their facebook page too, I've had to laugh at the comments on there and one person who got a parking ticket after 8 seconds!!!! Doubt I'd be able to run to the machine and get back to my car in 8 seconds either

Do Napier own this land directly, or is it owned by another de Savary company and then "managed" by Napier.
