Oh dear. Can we not keep trying to hide threads about Napier from the bots, we used to be wary of them, but should we not now let them know what we think of them. They may be landowners, but they are not very bright landowners.
Frankly, I am disappointed, I expected better than this from the de Savarys. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
So now have FB and Tweeted, the FB post is there but cannot see the tweet, will write the letter marktheshark, thank you0

Why? Because they're posh? That's no immunity to being a tosspot in my experience.Je suis Charlie.0 -
There is nothing wrong with being posh. Some of my best friends are posh. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I never said there was anything wrong with being posh, but it remains the case that the prevalence of tosspots among the posh is much the same as the prevalence of tosspots among the rest of the populace.Je suis Charlie.0

Are they members of The Hunt too, TD?
Any of them ride with the Warwick one? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I can't imagine the police would care "Hi, there's a man trespassing in a public car park". I'd take the car straight back down there with a stack of photocopies of this letter to hand in to any businesses that use the car park to tell them that unfortunately you're no longer allowed to use their shop because of the parking management.
Also worth emailing a copy to watchdog, rip off britain, your local MP and whoever is the secretary for transport. May as well cause them a total sh*tstorm.
Edit: I take it only the landowner can ban the registered keeper anyway?0 -
How does Napier propose to stop the vehicles from coming onto the land? Has the company served the vehicles themselves with this notice?0

The Landowner can ban anyone he wants, but in this case, the RK has been banned. That's fine, the RK can lend me his car - I haven't been banned. And you can't ban a car without knowing who owns it; the Keeper is not necessarily the owner or the driver.
Certainly until <fx:Checks time> about 20 minutes ago, I didn't own my car, but I was RK. I now do own it, but the RK details are being changed shortly.0
