I wonder how much that alleged "significant loss" amounted to?

PPC to PC Constable this man is trespassing

PC That's a civil matter Sir.

OP constable, this man threatened me

PC to PPC OK chummy, you're nicked
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I'm not normally an advocate of going to the media about this sort of thing. but in this case N****r's "toys out of the pram" attitude of childish churlishness deserves to be transmitted to as wide an audience as possible.

It's important to remember here that it was N****r who lost at POPLA because of their actions.

Duffs54 - I'd get onto the local papers, the local TV and your local social media as quickly as possible!

However we do believe you position to be unreasonable and we beleive the Notice to have been correctly issued in the first instance.

Clearly it wasn't otherwise they wouldn't have cancelled it.

We have incurred a significant loss as a result of this incident.

    So who's fault is that?

We are therefore banning you from future use of the ******car park. The land is private land and you and your vehicles are no longer allowed on the land.

So if someone other than the OP parks his vehicle on the land who are they going to hold liable for the trespass? The car?
    duffs54 wrote: »
should you ignore this ban we will be contacting the police and requesting they take legal action against you.

Why on earth would the police want to do that? It's not their land!
    duffs54 wrote: »
We also reserve the right to take further action against you should you re enter the land at anytime.

Well supposing they're the landowner (unlikely) that'd be an action for trespass. Nominal damages, say £1.50?

You may wish to seek independant legal advice if you are unsure of you position.

Oh I think we're quite sure of his position!
    duffs54 wrote: »
If you wish to contact us regarding this matter you are free to do so

And the point of that would be? More worthwhile would be contacting the shop to point out that their parking parasite is trying to ban a potential customer.

So there you go is that the keeper banned or the driver?

    It's the cars! :rotfl:

The keeper is going to complain to BPA anyone got a good template please?

We've never seen quite this level of artistry in bullshoite before (except perhaps from Trev) so no templates I'm afraid!

So much for the educated and intelligent de Unsavary. He shows himself here to be right down at the same level of half-assed bullying and bullcrap as all the other PPCs.

Gosh - I'd put a "Parental Advisory" caution on that Facebook page, if the language of the people posting comments about N***r on there is anything to go by!

Curiously, 3 months on, N****r don't seem to have replied...

    Something along the lines :
Dear Shop owner, I know times are hard, but I would just like to point out why your customers might be shopping elsewhere.
You see I parked in your car park to do some shopping at your store.
The parking company that troll the car park claiming to manage it for you decided to stick a random ticket on my car hoping I would just quietly pay them.
As I was not doing the things they claimed I was and shopping in your store I challenged them forcing them to admit they had put a malicious ticket on my car.

I wonder how many customers they are doing this to ?
Anyway, as I challenged them and exposed what they are doing to your customers on the sly they have now written effectively banning me from shopping with you again.
I find this most disappointing as this was one of my favourite stores which I visited regularly .
I did not ask your parking firm to randomly "try it on", but when they did unlike most the others I decided to challenge them and they had to scurry away.

What I must ask is why you allow them to decide who can be banned from your store and it might be an idea to try and find out how many other customers they have done this same thing to or how many customers have paid these fines and wont ever come back.

If you are reading this and glance over the top of the page to an empty shop.
Well you might just have the answer now as to what happened to all the customers you once had.

As for the ban they gave me from shopping with you for "catching them at it" I trust they have your full support in banning customers so there is little point arguing.

I do apologise for writing a long letter, but something tells me that if this is happening to all your customers, you will have plenty of time to read it many times.
Yours your ex banned by the parking firm from using your shop customer.
I do Contracts, all day every day.
  • yeah makes me laugh....
