General advocacy, with the extra units for mental health advocacy, mental capacity advocacy and the deprivation of liberty safeguards. This is how I'm feeling at work at the moment too. Being shuffled into another team has thrown me off balance, not helped by being assigned every rubbish piece of work that nobody else wants just because I was away during the team meeting.

Mine is NVQ 5 Occupational health and safety
I have jumped from IOSH I keep being offered jobs I am waiting for them to discover I am making it up.
