ANPR ltd Parking Notice

Unless Trev has changed them his notice bears no resemblance to a Notice To Keeper.
It's worth pointing this out in an appeal.0 -
I've now received a second letter- final demand. I have been extremely busy lately in family life and work and I've just not got around to writing and sending my letter. I obviously will now but will this new letter affect anything? The first and second letters were sent out within 2 weeks of each other.
Thanks in advance.0 -
should be fun this , ANPR ltd have been removed from the BPA , so have no way of offering you a POPLa code , send him a nice love letter , sorry a standard appeal and await your winning or a letter with a POPLa code , but that won,t happen
should be fun this , popcorn time0 -
if they were BPA members at the time this happened, then its obvious you could receive a POPLA code
any recent events have no bearing on issuing popla codes for historic cases
if this were EXCEL and the event was last november, then a popla code can still be issued , same as if a judge ordered it in a court case for a historic event , so this is no different
send the template letter asap as I told you to a few weeks ago0 -
I know that , you know that but has "trev" spit his dummy out with BPA , or even, has he enough intelligence to think that far0
-
no m8 , you quoted this which is not true at all (the first part is , the second part isnt)ANPR ltd have been removed from the BPA , so have no way of offering you a POPLa code
anpr already have this guys details so that suspension is not valid in this case and a popla code can be given, as could a cancellation
being suspended from the BPA does not negate the issuing of a popla code, nor does it cancel any appeals already in the popla pipeline
this OP should have sent the template letter in 2 weeks ago when I clearly told him to and at the moment is snatching defeat from the jaws of victory due to not being prompt with his template appeal
dont mix up popla codes and the BPA suspension , people can get popla codes even when the PPC is no longer in the BPA, so how you think the 2 issues are related is beyond me
the dvla , IPC and the BPA ruled on this last year if not before, its ancient history

ok , my statement retracted,
OP await either acceptance of appeal , or a rejection inc a POPLa code .0 -
Helpwhat do I do now!?
Thanks in advance!0 -
its either cancel or issue a popla code, or if he was daft enough to take it to court then you can cite no decision on your appeals and no popla code, asking the judge to direct popla as an ADR
assuming you sent letters and have no resolution and no popla code, IGNORE THEM
its only an LBC or an MCOL you need to deal with0 -
I sent a reply letter on Monday. Should have done it weeks ago I know
I received this lovely letter yesterday
and the one my previous post today.
So I should just ignore them now?? Do I need to send another letter?
Thanks.0
