They question everything I buy and which shelf I got it from - they don't treat my colleagues like that who go in and buy the same items as me. They have taken a dislike to me so I deliberately still shop there because I know they hate serving me if I have discovered a bargain. I wouldn't do myself out of a bargain just because of the staff's attitude.

I would report that behaviour to their head office. It sounds like victimisation.

I had a 500 point offer on £10 spend on 'indulgent' body care expiring today. I bought the sanctuary hand wash and lotion set £10, got the free gift set worth £12.50 and 500 points + 40 normal points. Get in there !

I bought two sanctuary shower full size costing £12 and received free gift box.

The offer is very much still on !!!
Just ordered 6 salt scrub minis @£1.75 each.
Offer is 3-4-2 so was charged £7 in total including free gift, which is different flavour to the one in original offer , but same sizes and smells great.
Also , I paid with points, so totally free for me.
