Morning everyone - just caught up. So hugs sticks and spoons to anyone needing them.
Feeling a little concerned today as couldn't talk to DS yesterday as he'd gone to bed with "stiff neck and feeling unwell". Tried to diagnose by text and waiting to hear if he's in work today. Pse keep fingers crossed as no-one near him has a key in case of emergency. We're 250 miles away. Don't know what's up with 'puter. Got to go to vol job this am so hope less windy than yesterday as 4 huge bags of donations from a neighbour to take in.
Have a good day everyone and Lynne - it's Thursday today!! - but I only know that because it's my charity shop day - otherwise every day is the same!! LOL!July 16 £95/£200

Morning all.
Ds seems to be back in some sort of fashion with the ex-girlfriend. This is doing all our heads in atm.
We go to my sister's 50th in Didcot on Saturday. DD2 has a sore throat this morning. I shall watch her like a hawk tonight - last time she nearly ended up in hospital with an abcess....
DD2's fianc! has spent the week job hunting. bless him he is remaining positive. The lady at the agency has retweaked his CV, given him a load of background information and put him through a mock interview in preparation for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
This term I have bitten off more than I can chew and am doing 2 Lifelong Learning courses. I am already behind with the reading for one. Last night the tutor pointed out that the last night of one course clashes with an event at the York Literature festival. Said if we were all willing we could go to the event as a group and he would get us free tickets. And then we could have a final session at the pub.... sounds good to me!
Washing just going on, then washing up and a major sort of clean laundry is required. Will try to catch up with you lovely ladies later..:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
What do most women think when AF fails to arrive ?? I think you need to do another wee test or see the DR.
Lol.. I *might* see the clowns at the surgery in another 3 months.. if I was pg I'd be the size of a small planet and have my own atmosphere and crutches by now.. it's not that. I'm more concerned by the smear that was done 2 weeks ago, I just *know* its going to come back with errors.
I do actually think I'm just old and the little one is feeding too much again and added to being stressed out of my head = AWOL Aunt
LL.. lovely to see you and Diva is seldom far from my thoughts.. same with Toots and yourself and mudders and soappie and lots of our away from home flybots.
Only yelled at one person this morning so things are looking up. all 3 tiddlers are snotting everywhere.. glee!
I need to find my life, my charge cable for the fitbit and the repeat prescription paperwork for the cat.. asap to all 3..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Just having breakfast. Got the family to strip their beds before they left this morning so they are all in the wash now. Load no.1 twirling in the machine. I don't think my ironing basket will be empty for long!
Hoping my fitbit will arrive today. Measured yesterday and appear to have lost 1cm from thighs. The rest is the same size but I can see a change in shape. It's improving after my awful day Monday! I think it must have been night shift bloating which never used to be that bad but I uppose when your trousers are on the edge anyway, any bloat is extremely noticeable!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

Morning all.
We're covered in a thick blanket of snow here. It was a riot with cars this morning skidding everywhere....not good!
All my good intentions for last night disappeared. Ended up going home at 5pm last night and every footstep made my brain rattle harder inside my head. I slept from 8pm to 7.30am! Turns out I have caught a cold. Drat.Luckily Mr. AMS kept on top of the everyday chores last night, bless him.
Hope everyone has a lovely productive day, and if you have as much snow as us, stay safe! xx'Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.'

Morning ladies.
So far I have made a bolognaise in the slowcooker and unloaded/ reloaded dw and helped ds1 finish his hw which was due in today.
We are not normally this unorganised but he only got in on Monday and Monday and Tuesday I don't arrive home in time to do anything with him. We did most of it yesterday but he also had his swimming lesson. So just had to do the last page and colour it in! All done and handed in! Phew! Hopefully next time the teacher will remember to give it out on the Friday so we can do it over the weekend!
I did the kitchen yesterday but looking at it now,nit all needs doing again, including the floor. Grrr! The ketchup exploded on hubby yesterday and he has just Jeff it on the floor. How hard is it to wipe it up when you did it?? No. It's alright the fairies will do it!!
