Just a big thank you for all your help and advice. I have just found out that we have to write a letter to the insurance company informing them of the accident, stating that a claim is not being made.This is as much as anything to prevent them putting in a counter claim to her. Seeing as we have done everything legal so far I will get her to write the letter this evening. Hopefully come next year when she has to renew her insurance it won't have too much of an adverse effect on her policy.

We went to local schools charity Bingo last night & caller called 55 & then announced his birthday & we all sang Happy Birthday :D

He enjoyed him self - especially when he only had the number 5 to go for a full house (significant being the 5th for birthday & 55 years )
And he won :j:j:T:T

Just catching up. Thanks for this advice Lawrie. Might have to just pay it. I'm just getting fed up with forking out all the time, I'm beginning to think moving house is the worst financial mistake of my life.

Hi Fatty (you know it's a term of endearment) I was going to try this in half an hour.. Where there no SEL's up saying 3 for £5? I'll be prepared:D
