Morning,
Went to Morison yesterday to put on my points from biscuits
She put on match points but told me more puts don't get put on by them . That happens once the receipt is put in.
Now I don't know if that was true lol so I just left.
Can somebody tell me if they should of added those more points aswell?
And does ne one know if the biscuits may work today, coz I'm thinking I will take my lot back and grab another lot and make sure she scans my card these time?
Thanks xxxx0 -

Actually looking forward to going to work to avoid Fourp
I can't mentally deal with his mood
I know the saying is you take it out on your nearest & Dearest but I'm worn out from his sniping & bitterness
I've tried rising above it - tried being super nice, tried suggesting a day out, let's sit by the sea & watch the waves & eat salty chips, but he can't be helped at the moment
I hid in bed yesterday
Sorry to hear about your situation - it is a very stressful time for all of you, particularly when it is a parent, and it does have a knock on effect with all around. They say where there is life there is hope, but when you experience someone slowly disappearing day by day it can be very difficult to deal with, particularly not knowing how long you have left. All you can do is try to be there for him but both of you look after yourselves too. Sometimes it requires additional help from Drs, priests/vicars/other religious support or voluntary groups to help with finding the strength, never be afraid to ask as they are there to help.
Take care

Bless you Snap :heart2: Having to deal with that level of negativity is really drainingNothing you do will make it better. All you can do is 'be there'. It might not feel like he appreciates it just now but at some point in the future when things have gone past being so bleak, he will remember how you supported him.
I hope things are better for you all soon :A0 -

Yes it is a new month and new limit though no one knows yet if it is still working today.
My shop from yesterday is stuck as points and hasn't converted to vouchers yet (together with £10 from Saturday too).

Doggy Brolly - No more soggy doggy with this umbrella for your pooch - with built in lead
Online and instore - price slashed from £2.99 to £1,99.
You'll wonder how you lived without one for so long.
Wonder if they do one for cats too?
 I think davemorton should hang his head in shame for skipping when reading this thread. It was posted quite a few times last Friday and was quoted on a few times

Morning all :hello:
It's dark and still mostly night time here!
I agree with aau1 (but couldn't have put it as well), the gist of what I've read on here was that some people had switched from 10p sweets to tins for foodbank and getting extra biscuits above what they would have normally.
There was a post about an encounter with a non-mse who was condescending about premium biscuits at the foodbank drop off point, the response on here was 'oh how horrible'
Unless we have had posts removed... or maybe because I don't read between the lines and haven't picked up on something?
Personally I only give items I would be happy using myself - my local one has a shopping list of what's in need and they have biscuits on there.
I don't mean to be argumentative but I like to think we can discuss such things on here, this place is so good when it's running peacefully.
Happy Monday everyone - have a good one whatever you are doing!
100% agree with this
