Glad you enjoyed it
You started late and have near double me:rotfl::rotfl:
I couldn't get my head around the M&M to begin with (wine glitch?) so thought this was one I was destined to not join in with.
The elite have been so great at spelling it out that I (and probably a few other people) have had the confidence to jump in and try :j
Plus there's more of us than youand my parents are coming to visit tomorrow so I promised they can leave with a few packets :A (they're bringing sweets for the kids)

Evening all Rant notice
Had a carp few months at work so resigned last week but had to have a meeting today Under contract I have to give 12 weeks notice
Boss wants me to stay on an extra week to train another new start who will be good at payroll as she at uni and her mum works with payroll :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I process several million pounds a year so the 1000+ staff will have their payroll managed by two staff with less than 6 months experience between them They are clever though
Really angry as she wants me to develop in house systems before I go although she ripped me to shreds with my PR on stuff that is not in my remit
IIRC the minimum amount of statutory notice you need to give is 1 week.
Your contractual notice period is 12 weeks - there is usually a clause in there to mutually waive this with both parties agreement. Can you go back to your employer and agree a shorter period with them? It is usually not in the employers interest to try and keep someone to a long notice period if they are really unhappy about it.
Also, you cannot be expected to carry out duties that are over and above your job description - although this task may well be covered under the general 'any other duties as required by the business'

I went to A yesterday and got my rubber gloves
but TBH would have probably been better buying elsewhere. Couldn't think of anything apart from the Nivea men's range to compare - apparently S don't sell loose onions. Spend a cat food APG but still felt I 'spent' it for nothing.
Oh yes and the Dairy Mix mixups cost £1.50 so lost out there too
