    Evening all Rant notice

Had a carp few months at work so resigned last week but had to have a meeting today Under contract I have to give 12 weeks notice

Four weeks is the max you have to give, 12 weeks is not enforcable ...tell them four and perhaps get a bug (go sick) ......hugs to you as I was once asked to train a replacement and you will hate it xxxx

12 weeks notice is only for redundancy...if you think about it its not practical as most people handing in their notice will be going elsewhere and the new employer will not be willing to keep the new job open for 12 weeks....they are taking the Mick, especially with the training......be strong, we're here for you XXX

The cheese didn't work for me last weekend on a CC order. It came back n/a against everyone

Thank you very much. Was just about to assume that no-one knew and would have done a test. So you have saved me from the dreaded n/a!
