Similar story with me. Should have got £20, as had 20,000 points, but only got £10.
App now shows as having 10,000 points.
Question is, why did £10 get printed and £10 not.
It previously printed £20 fine
I had £30 print in one transaction today - there's no limit there afaik, do you have a temporary card ? (mine's a permanent card)
Also, there does seem to be two stages to points being credited and vouchers issued.
If when logged in to M's M&M the circle says '17000' points and the blurb says £15 voucher available... your vouchers won't pop out as the points have not been converted to vouchers yet.
If instead it says '2000' points and the blurb '£5 voucher(s)' then good to go! :beer:
..Also, the mobile app is notorious for showing incorrect information, login to the website to double check.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
