Hi Celebrate.I know I got all the points for my biccys ,but I'm trying to work out why I only got £10 instead of £15.Thanks for that.
Have you logged into M's M&M site, maybe you're not quite at 5000 points ?

Similar story with me. Should have got £20, as had 20,000 points, but only got £10.
App now shows as having 10,000 points.
Question is, why did £10 get printed and £10 not.

Annabell what biscuits did you buy in each shop and what points were you credited with in each shop....if you list down both shops someone might be able to see where the discrepency is...
could it be that you exceeded the amount of biscuits per type...i think there may be a cap on the number of individual flavours you buy.
Im no morries expert...but I am sure someone might have the answer if you let us know exactly what you bought in what quantities in each shop.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
