Great news :j.

I was a little downbeat after reading that from 10ways, until I received the email earlier which says if you want your free drink in the cafe then you have to buy something. For the other free drinks, you just need to make sure you scan your MyW card.

Now it never even crossed my mind that anyone would have the free coffee in the cafe, I thought it only ever referred to the coffee at the service desk anyway, so nothing to worry about .

We're awash with T Exps round here but none of them are on the closure list. We have a gigantic T Extra and they opened a T Exp a couple of minutes walk up the road. Why??

Have you checked on the app to see whether there is another voucher waiting for you which was perhaps delayed in the update?
