If you are annoyed by not being able to see the visit times/dates on MF for coffee, then check your email, you may have a link to a 3-question survey which includes the question:

"We recently removed the visibility on “Visit Times” when applying for an assignment. Would/did this deter you from accepting the assignment?"

    Errr... yes!

Haven't had the pleasure of speaking to that guy, but someone with those initials tried to haggle me down by £1 or so when I offered to do a job that they were sending begging emails out for. It was quite near me but wasn't convenient as I would have had to travel from work rather than home, and I explained why...and made a (not very silly) offer. I just said no when it got silly over a quid, and he probably ended up paying someone a load of mileage for it. Ah well. Saved me some calories. :)

So they actually did this on purpose. I thought it was a bug. Grief.

Yes I know who you mean

I visualised him as a character in Corrie.

Forgot to add to the above -

If you pay enough tax (sorry I don't know the amount) you can pay your previous years tax in two parts, it is just the second part of last years tax that is due. Reading the email it can confuse people.

I got my refund recently (had overpaid on my PAYE tax). I submitted everything (on paper) in April. Received the refund and a letter last week. The letter basically says it hasn't been checked. Surely they wouldn't send me all that money (it's quite a bit and I think it's right), if they didn't think it was right? Is it just a standard caveat so they can recalculate if they find anything wrong at any point?
