Apart from that little whine, I only stuck my nose in to say that MF have always paid me on time, but I don't really do much at all for them unless I'm tripping over the doorstep of something that looks ok whilst on my way elsewhere. I seem to have gone from MS'ing almost full-time to just doing half an hour now and then.
Would agree - I only did MS work 'part time' but now seem to be doing less and less. I dont do any low fee work, but a couple of regular audits a month, plus any real local jobs which are 'no brainers' By the time you have taken tax and cost of travel into account, alot of these jobs are not worth doing unless you happen to be in the vincinity for other work or reason.0 -
Had a flag raised on a questionnaire from MF. They just sent me a question and answer from my last report with no comment or question. Is this normal? I answered with "Hi there, there was no question or comment with this ticket, what clarification do you require?"
I think there may have been a glitch as there was a scroll bar the second time. Can't remember which browser I used the first time. Comment has been expanded and accepted.0 -
Renaming those travel agent jobs hasn't made them any less underpaid or lengthy.
Given that they are still on the board, I don't think it's fooled anyone0 -

Agree - unless you are very lucky they can take ages to do and the fee does not justify the input. If you do the same shop once to often, you will get picked up as the MS as they check the reports against the CCTV. I sacked myself fom these jobs a while back.0 -
Do they try to log you on the CCTV? Didn't know that
I only ever did 1 run 2 years ago when I upped my MSing and the money for a string of 6 shops was THAT welcome given my circs/free time.
But even then, you had to have 6 different emails and IDs - cos they put it on the system - and you had to give a real email to get the brochure that they wanted - so that's already a ton of effort
MSing is going more and more down the pan. Feels like fewer and fewer jobs out there - or at least some of the ones I used to do seem to have dried up. Like for fuel. Oh well0 -
I hadn't noticed the change of job name for this wave. I usually wait until the fees start to rise, and haven't done any branch twice.0

Are we talking about ESA? Yes, pretty low fee for the amount of work/time involved and not one I'd be doing TBH.
BTW has Abai got any clients left? Not seen any posh sarnie jobs for a while.0 -
Recently signed up to more MS companies including React, MSL, PiP and RA.
I completely agree with everyone regarding RA's fees. Wow, they are shockingly low! Did a few tile jobs last month - but only because the fee was increased!
MSL seem to have loads of clients from a large variety of business sectors. The fees are OK in my opinion. They use the same system as ESA and RA which is perfect for me as reports can be submitted via their respective app.
PiP's fees are fine. Quite liked doing a bike shop visit for them as well as a few phone shops. Their ROMS system is a little dated, however.
React is my favourite out of the lot. They are extremely professional, have a couple of high profile clients and fees are decent. They're very helpful over the phone, too. I used to hate Sassie, but their reports are nowhere near as convoluted as the ex-TNS phone shops.
Quite like the fact that one of React's biggest clients doesn't seem to have a rotation period for the main availability jobs and cafe jobs, so I can pretty much self assign every month.0 -
Gap paid today for May jobs.0

Has anyone had the displeasure of having to speak to one of Market Force's 'completion coordinators'.
I won't mention his name, but his initials are 'PC'. I think those who have spoken to him will certainly know who I'm on about.
He's quite a strange man. Always seems keen to give lectures over the phone over petty little things. I do wonder whether his last job was a police officer or school teacher. He's the only person out of all the mystery shopping companies that I work for who is very stern over the phone, 100% of the time.0
