Since joining this thread, I've completely changed how my flat looks, from hovel to home, and have also made a few friends along the way. She deserves to be rewarded for positively changing a number of people's lives on the forum.

I would like to nominate BBB who sorted out my mothers problems with British Gas this was during her having major surgery. BBB took away her stress and saved her a considerable ammount of money for a pensioner and this was before BBB's post regaring folk to contact him. He offered his help when I had posted. Many thanks to BBB
