It's not the browser, it's a Tesco Bank issue (AGAIN!). I rang them yesterday morning as I was getting unknown username too.
I need access to my money to transfer some to pay a builder for a job. It's a good job he's understanding.
As soon as the site is back up I'll be transferring my money elsewhere!0 -

I'm in the same situation as you. I set up a new internet saver a few weeks ago cos my old one's interest rate was decreasing. They've sent me the sort code and account number but when I login it's not listed with my other accounts. They promised to sort it and I've been logging on daily to see if they have. However today I can't even log in.0 -
To put a balance to it: I have 2 current accounts, 3 savings accounts and 1 CC account with Tescos. No problem setting up any of them. I am not a huge fan of their online banking but I use it so rarely that I can live with it.0

Still screwed for me - says it doesn't recognise my PC ! (even tho' I've had OTCs for both Firefox and Chrome in the last three days) - I enter the required digits for the sending of a new OTC -whereupon it returns to the "successful log out " screen !!0

I can't bring myself to whinge too much about Tesco Bank, it's very convenient when you have numerous bank a/c's which need direct debits!Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0
