aaarrrggghhh ! What is it with Tesco banking and my PC????

Once again, I input my user name, click on log in......and it returns me to "you have successfully logged out" screen !!! Its done this several times this morning.

Its the only one of 6 online banking sites which I use fairly regularly, where I have this (or any) problems !

Haven't cleared cookies recently -anyway last time I did, the Tesco site asked me to apply for one time code via text.

Anyone else getting this specific problem ? I'm using Firefox 35.0.1 on a fully patched Win7 machine -and its beginning to get on my wick big time!

STILL no good here -I'm going to try with another browser - I expect it won't recognise my PC -so I'll need another one time code !!!
EDIT -No good on Chrome -gives me system error before I get that far !!!

Sounds as if you have a bit of a mess on your PC. Perhaps do a proper clean of your entire browsing history and start again?

If you use ccleaner (free version of) for cleaning your browsing history, you can configure it to keep your Tesco cookies.

May be you even got some Malware or Virus - have you recently ran Antivirus / Antimalware?

@Archi Bald - yup, had actually done a full scan with Avast this am when I booted up -before this happened.
I do use ccleaner with the option to keep banking site cookies & run Malwarebytes Anti malware as and when.
HOWEVER, I have decided to let ccleaner remove everything then get a OTC from Tesco and others if necessary.
Don't know why its only Tesco Bank which does this - used to do it on my "old" Vista PC as well !!!

Just logged in and navigated around savings accounts - all ok here.

Yes, it's telling me that it doesn't recognize my username as well, even though it worked OK yesterday and hasn't changed.

Apparently Tesco are having access issues with their internet banking.

According to Customer Support, the faults vary.

I am able to log on, but can only see my credit card account not my current or savings accounts.

My wife is able to log on and see all of her accounts.

    Weird.
