ever since I 've been with Tesco, using my I-pad, it will never recognise it next time, so have to generate a OTC, every time. Tried other browsers, no change, yet laptop is ok? it's the only bank that does it,and have umpteen, and I use the i-pad always to bank now? It's made it very secure, but, any hints would be grateful.Just about to login.brewerdave wrote: »Thanks -working for me now as well !!0 -
It's been mentioned a few times - you must make sure that you keep the cookies for Tesco banking, particularly the one called login.myproducts.tescobank.com.
I don't know how you handle your cookies but something is deleting this cookie regularly for you. Stop that something from doing so and you don't need to enter the code again.0 -
Idon't handle my cookies, and have no idea what's deleting the cookies, I haven't even deleted history on it? I always tick the box, remember this Pc, but, it never does?Archi_Bald wrote: »It's been mentioned a few times - you must make sure that you keep the cookies for Tesco banking, particularly the one called login.myproducts.tescobank.com.

I don't even know where the cookies are stored on i-pad? No other banks cookies are ever deleted, just tescos on i-pad.I will have a look at it again
I only use it for banking.:beer:0 -
It is definitely a problem with that cookie. I am no iPad expert so can't suggest anything further - other than may be ask on the tech board for help. Or google for an answer on how whatever browser you are using handles cookies.0

Get the app for your ipad?
I have it for the savings accounts and it simply takes a 5 digit number to login after setup, once you've synced your account to that ipad.0 -
