Terrible broadband but neighbours have no problems with theirs?

No quibbles about it, they need to run a new phone line. I'd insist on it if they can't resolve the issue otherwise.
Thanks Swipe. Would that mean running a new line from the cabinet or exchange to my house? I'm quite clueless about these things and just want to be sure I ask for the right thing. They did replace part of the line going from the road to my house but it didn't fix anything.0 -
It's STILL off completely! Is there any time limit, legally speaking as to how long they're meant to take to fix this? I'm guessing I have no rights at all and I'm trying to be reasonable but I think a year is long enough. I'm also thinking that instead of going to the expense of running a new line, Openreach will simply refuse and TalkTalk will just cancel my phone and broadband.0
