Well this weekend wasnt to bad took daughter swimming and dug out a large amount on the Garden!
We have stuck to our meal plan D I reduced my food shopping will to around 70 from 100 but need to cut another 30 out of this next weeek ( must remember shopping list!
I am on week 3 no smoking still and I went for a jog!0 -

What are you planning on growing this year I am a very very new gardener and always chasing tips, I have a small plot but have loads of wood which I intend to make raised beds and planters from.

rIGHT i HAVE 2 3FTX 6FT X 1FT Raised planters and a open area and ome borders I use.
I grow spuds in sacks (so easy and cheap I am amazed more people dont do it)
I wil have carrotts onions garlic peas and beans strawberrys rasberys blackcurrants.
Lettice cabbage, herbs ect
so shopping should go down massivly come may - june!

Salad and carrtts very easy my tip woth herbs plant them in small pots (especially mint as goes mad) I have never grown squash.
Well had a bit of a backward step in my non spending.
I dissloacated my knee at tae kwon do last night
so had to spend £16 on perscriptions and another £10 on knee supports
