One of my fave challenges is pad. (Payment a day) even if it's 20c it makes me feel so much better knowing the debt is going down!

Good to see you back, and great that you are making progress. Every little thing helps, and I'm sure your LO wont miss some toys if she's growing up so fast! How good would it be if you could make enough through ebay sales to buy her a new outfit!Debt free on 2nd January 2015Next savings goals:£5k emergency fund£4k holiday of a lifetime fund0

Just read your thread and there are lots of positives there that you can use to improve your situation and well done firstly on confronting and trying to sort out your debts which is difficult at the best of times and even worse when you are obviously struggling with depression. Stopping smoking will certainly help and I hope you are getting support with that. I think you can get patches and so on on the NHS now so that might be something to look into.
You are making minimum payments on your debts and none are on ridiculously high interest rates which is good. Your income is fairly good and your soa looks fine except as most people have already pointed out you could probably pay less for groceries by meal planning, downshifting brands etc and you are obviously already doing this.
I would use your tax refund when it comes to reduce the Sainsburys loan which has the highest interest rate and any spare money I would also use to get rid of that one first then Zopa loan. I would also start up a small emergency savings fund so you have a bit put by in case the car goes wrong etc etc.

I apologise if you feel I was harsh, it wasn't meant to come across that way.
Slow cookers are a great way of eating properly (which I know can be a problem if you are depressed etc) and they are cheap too. Theres a group on facebook that I'm a member of, called Slow Cooker Saddos, if you're on facebook it might be worth a look, they have some great recipes, for the weirdest things, even desserts, which I'm sure LO will enjoy :-)
Also, the national self harm network might also be worth a look, just in case you ever start to get those feelings again, they are non-judgemental and everyone there is lovely.

You've done amazingly well already and :j to giving up smoking that's a real achievement not to be underestimated especially in high stress times!
