better pick one up if you can 1 year old like all the taxi drivers!
Can you back this "50% depreciation after 1 year" claim up, because I can tell you that its absoloute rubbish and yes I can back that up!ncd wrote:Do they still offer rust as part of the standard equipment?
Again, that sounds like a quote plucked from the 70's, Fiat now galvanise the bodies of all of their cars making their cars stand up to rusting extremely well. Compare that to the good old Ford Ka (i'm sure all you Fiat bashers love your good old British Ford's) and you'll see that the Fiat is a hands down winner...
Oh and did I mention the chain cam on Fiat's.....

Oh dear, obviously touched a nerve, a Fiat Fanboy, no less.
Nothing wrong with Skoda's ( since VW took over ) however, Fiat still make Fiats, so of course their history goes before them.
Oh well, you Fiat lovers carry on buying them, i will spend my money more wisely.;)0 -
The people who normally attack fiats and Alfas are usually peolpe who drive dull euroboxes eg Audi, Vw and the like and have no recent experiance of them. These marques also have problems as the wife drives a new VW golf which has been into the garage 3 times this year, and the dealer is awful too. Fiats and Alfas arent perfect but I know which id rather drive.0

Most Italian cars could not be described as dull, although there is the odd couple that slip through the net.0

"Fiat fanboy"
- unless you can't read, then you need to take a look at the part where I said "I have no feeling for Fiat eitherway"... I don't own a Fiat and never have, I have looked into buying one in the past, but then I have also looked into buying hundreds of cars....
It just annoys me when people slate things they know nothing about....
So how many Fiats have you owned Inactive?0 -
I hope none of you are driving Vauxhall diesels, they have Fiat engines in them!
Also, the new Ford Ka is going to be a Fiat Panda/500 in disguise.
And for the depreciation - I saw a 3 year old Panda diesel on a forecourt for £5000, you can get the same car brand new for £6000 from fiatsupasaver.0 -

hello
as i used to work for fiat i'd just like to say that the new corsa is in fact the grande punto engine, gear box, running gear and floor pan. so yes the fiats are good cars. well there is good and bad in all. and they also own ferriari and i wouldn't mind one of them fiats
