    Are you around tomorrow? I am very tired and will function better tomorrow, I was also wondering if a complete restore would solve the problems.

    I will be in sometime tomorrow , when you say complete restore do you mean "factory" reset rather than "system restore"? That is a good option , but we can try more tomorrow. Just could you check microsoftstore.co.uk first though please.

    Did it, I hope. Tried system restore but it came up with an error so was thinking of complete factory reset, have it on a memory stick made when I brought laptop.

    Morning, was wondering if its ok to do my normal things on laptop while I have the problems, like doing my comps, I do surveys etc.. answering/sending email am worried abt infecting others or logging into accounts, banking ect.....


    Am going to run malwarebytes again now.
