Another question but thought I would ask on here as everyone is helpful. Opened TSB Classic Plus A/C Last Thursday Night. Got Online banking registration letter Tuesday.. Debit card came yesterday. So when should I expect my pin number? Hasn't come today should It be here tomz? Anyone else opened TSB Classic plus. When did your pin come 1 day or more than 2 days after debit card came?? Will update if pin doesn't come tommorw

I had to order a reminder as mine didn't come. It took 3-4 days.

Be patient as pins are normally sent a few days apart from the card for security reasons. If you were to order another one it would replace the original which would probably arrive within a few days and then be of no use.

Thanks for your help.... Will wait till tommorw then order new pin number
  • I would wait till at least Monday. You can still withdraw cash in branch with ID, and you can use the card online without waiting for a PIN.

Ok thanks for your help Dizzee Rebel. I rung TSB earlier today. The man was very helpful and he said my pin number got sent last Monday/Tuesday and should arrive 2-4 working days after my debit card (Sometimes weekends). He also said if I need any money just take id to branch and we can get some out for you and if the pin hasn't turned up by Monday then please give us a ring and we will send you new one. He also set me up for telephone banking. So gonna wait till Monday (When I Get home from work) then re oder new pin

Just a quick question about the TSB Classic Plus account. Is it possible to use it as main account? I mean, if I have 10k on the Classic Plus I will still receive my interests on the 2k? Or I can't have more than 2k to get interests?

    Thanks!

You can have as much as you like in the account but you will only ever get interest on £2,000 (provided you meet the pre-reqs).

If you do have substantially more than £2K in your current account, you might as well have an additional account in which your extra money also earns interest.
