Not good Birdie. Are you run down?

How is everyone else? We had a lovely Mother's Day and Patrick's Day. We cooked meals for people for both so am feeling exhausted now and my house is a tip!

Ice cream for breakfast is perfectly acceptable when ill.

Listed £900 of slings on facebook tonight, sold £260 already, looks like another £135 is very very likely to go in the morning, possible another £170 on top of that :D

That's awesome with the slings, Dinah :) With a non-mummy-mind I thought you meant you were selling like, arm slings or something :rotfl: Was oddly shocked there was such a high demand for them! But now, with a coffee in my system, it all makes sense

Hope you're feeling better, Birdie! Have to second Dinah in that being ill is the perfect reason for breakfast ice cream :D Breathing is also a good reason for ice cream.

Did everyone have a nice weekend?? I'm currently cashing in on my birthday freebies that companies send you in attempts for you to spend more money with them. So mine was rad and beautiful and doughnutty.

Well done on the sling sales! :T Was a bit disappointed to see one of them disappear so quickly TBH, it was the carrier-type one, I'm looking for a Connecta as we want to carry him on our backs more, want something easy to use and comfy and my FB Mum Group swears by the Connecta. :)

Feeling much better now, think the ice cream helped! :) Thankfully I woke up on Saturday feeling fine as I went to see McBusted that night! Awesome as ever! :D

We've also decided to go down to London for a night a couple of days before my birthday as my 30th treat, looking forward to it but feeling a little nervous about taking Zach! We're off to the HP Studio to see the Hogwarts Express, excited! :)

Glad you're feeling better, Birdie :) Sounds like exciting plans for you birthday :D I wouldn't worry about Zach, he's such a little bumble of a kiddo I'm sure he'll just be in awe of the Harry Potter magic ;)

Happy Early Birthday to Grace, Zig and (most importantly ) meeee! Do you have anything planned, Dinah?

I really want to see the Hogwarts Express Birdie! Have done the tour twice already though so not sure I could justify it :-/ Although I'm pretty sure I could come to think of it!

Happy birthday Cinny and Zig, did you get up to much?

Grace picked what she wanted for her day, so we went out for Mexican, then bowling, rode her new bike then had family over for dinner and cake. She's had a lovely day, and now won't sleep! She also won't take her new slippers off even though she's in bed. Strange cookie that she is she's been desperate for slippers for weeks and she's thrilled to have some.

All the slings sold within 24 hours except the cheapest two! I think the £50 ergo will go though as it's on trial, only the £65 woven unclaimed.

Awww, bless Gracie! Sounds like she had a lovely day :) Also, extremely good picks for birthday fun ;) I'm wanting to believe everyone who had a birthday yesterday got slippers, I also got a lovely pair I refused to take off all afternoon :p

I had a very very quiet one! Asked for no big fuss, but I still had baked treats sent my way and most people popped by if they could to wish me a happy birthday :) Started watching Once Upon a Time in the evening and just relaxed.

Worked out next year, with it being a leap year and Easter being early, our birthdays fall on the Saturday over the Easter bank holiday weekend :j So we're thinking of booking a cheeky trip to Vegas as it's time I have off anyways :)

Happy belated [STRIKE]Slippers[/STRIKE] Birthday to our Birthday Girls! :j Glad lovely days were had!

A cheeky trip to Vegas sounds fabulous Cinny! :D

Great news on the sling sales Dinah! Well done! :T

I'm so glad it's Friday! Had a tough week at work with extra (unasked for!) duties being thrown at me and my head's a total muddle... feel the old anxiety monster creeping up on me so need a little time out! :o Going out for drinks tomorrow night with some friends but other than that, no plans for the weekend and that's how I like it! :)
