Have you phoned them?

There is a phone number on the email you received confirming that you had a valid claim.

Hi,

Actually I emailed them about an hour ago and they replied within 25 minutes! The reply is at the bottom of this post.

I will check my account in a week. Sounds like the money should be there by then.

Hi all,

FYI, the cashback arrived in my account on the 24th. This is what was on my bank transactions list:
24/02/2015 BANK GIRO CREDIT REF OPIA LIMITED, BATCHXXXX/YYYYY £50.00

The YYYYY part matched my claim number so I know it's the cashback payment.
