Which dates and where's she wanting to fly from?0

Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

Scammed by whom? If she books direct from the airline, the risk of being scammed with respect to flights is pretty much non-existent.
scammed by sites that offer the same flights cheaper! you end up paying and then they disappear!
they just want to get their flights and car hire as cheaply as possible ( obviously
0 but don't want to end up throwing money away 0 -

she's looking at leaving between 25 holy and 16th august 2016 ( a way off yet.... but she wants to be prepared)
2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 3
ideally from manchester or east midlands.
would go from gatwick if its worthwhile financially0 -
2016? Schedule airlines tend to only release flights 11-12 months in advance. Charter flights (Thomson or Thomas Cook) may be out earlier but there'll be no point in looking at this until September.0

Go on ... Expand your theory a little!0 -
Indirect flights are the cheapest option, someone i know flew Air Canada via Toronto , dont know what they paid . People on www.thedibb.co.uk are talking about 'boomerang '' flights via Dublin seems a bit of a faff thoVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0

I would only fly indirect if i was travelling without children. The direct flights are long enough without having to cope with one or even more changes. The flights we've booked with Virgin before are great, usual take off is about 11am which gets you to Orlando for mid afternoon. Time then to drive to the villa, do a food shop and get to bed at a normal (ish) time. Next day everyone is raring to go !0
