Hello again! I'm a bit like a boomerang aren't I but this time I am going to be around for longer. I'm getting much better mentally now thanks to CBT and am feeling more like my normal self again - I'd forgotten how to smile I think. Anyhow, I'm in and will do what I can but may well just be Level 1s.

Hope all are OK; hugs to everyone.

I seem to have lost 2 posts in the past 24 hours :(

Posivibes and a fistful of spoons (sorry, I don't deal in dollars!) to LW, Keep looking forward to that cruise!

Happy Anniversary to Mr and Mrs Rubies.

Thank you to Dusty for starting this week's thread and to Natty for last week's. I have an enormous lists of jobs to be done this month, but the flying is well under control and a quick whizz round will suffice. I am taking at least 20 items to the CS today, and the pile of paperwork is reducing gradually, so well pleased to be decluttering my house, my life and some of my stress. Babysteps!

    Other things for today:
    - finances check
    - pay in cheque at PO
    - filing and tidying in the study bedroom
    - 2 phonecalls, one of which needs some clearheaded thinking first
    - 3 emails
    - send a card
    - update and put away display boards
    - charity Gift Aid claim
    - lunch and tea will be mostly leftovers :D
    - re-make guest bed when bedding is dry
    - no hospital visiting today, so hope to go for a short walk with DH to blow away some more cobwebs
    - Old Wives group this evening (remember to take coffee etc)

Hope everyone has a good day x

    Morning all
Thank you for the lists dusty and natty, I'm in again.
Hugs posi vibes and lots of spoons To LW
Well done to mummyroy on the brill result
Valli sorry to hear about the car
Well do to all the soup makers it's the perfect weather for it.
Happy anniversary to Rubies and her DH

Went out for birthday meal with DH on Friday, then for a walk up bradgate park on Saturday morning boy was that windy and bleak - but stunningly beautiful and rather bracing, DD3and her fiancee came with us. Cake she made was lovely (chocolate and cherries)
Made the mistake of leaving sheets out overnight on Friday, double pegged as it was forecast windy. Well the pegs held but the wind was so strong it snapped my whirligig off at ground level so the whole thing was on the lawn next morning instead of just the sheets!
Started the leaf blanket for DD2 as I've only got a couple of months left now till she'll need it.
Hugs good wishes and positive vibes to all who need them, I'll be back later to put my list up once I'm on the proper puter.
