Happy anniversary Mr and Mrs rubies!
And thanks for the thread!
Lovely busy day today.
I did indeed get all bathrooms cleaned and bedding in wm before my mum came. I still need to polish the mirror though and deweb bedroom but that can wait until the room comes round again!!
Although my house is still a bit of a mess, it looks loads better than this time last week so I should find it easier to stay on top of it!
It was ds2's birthday party today so a large part of today was preparing, doing and clearing up from the party! So I won't have all that going on next week so I can get back into my normal routine!
One job i definitely want to do next week is sorts the kids bedrooms out as I still have a pile of Christmas presents in my living room and no place to put them! I have had an email about a nearly new sale so a good excuse to pull my finger out!
Catch you all tomorrow night!Grocery challenge-

Thank you for the list Dusty and Natty last week (which I didn't get chance to update).
Been busy today
Dog bathed and trimmed a bit - over an hour!
Food shop and order collected, New pu's, how happy am I
Marathon muck out of fridge to find what stank in there, every packet/jar was removed, every drawer/shelf including those in door removed and washed, every food item checked before putting it all back minus the offending still sealed pack of Brie.
Dog walked
Dinner out
Stuffed and unable to do anything.
List looks like it should be ok to do after work tomorrow so
G'night and see you thenMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

Thank you got the new thread Dusty.
I froze at DD2's hockey this morning the wind was so cold. I didn't put any of my 5 loads of washing on the line. I think they would have frozen stiff.
Did a couple of hours ironing whilst watching downloaded tv.
DD1 messed up big time today. She unplugged the slow cooker to
Plug the toaster in and didn't reconnect it. At 2pm when we all got back from hockey (me) and football (DH) we were starving and the SC was stone cold and still raw. She quickly ordered from the pizza delivery place but I did have a sense of humour failure!
Happy anniversary to the Rubies couple.
Happy birthday to Kaz's DH.
Big posi vibes to LW. My main job couple were first time cruisers a couple of years back. No question you ask will be too silly. Where are you going?0 -

Morning all
Poor night's sleep here, stressing and AF are to blame I think. Still I've had a cuppa, folded laundry and completed a survey (want to get back into doing these).
Paid stuff for me this morning and I'm really not in the mood for it. Want to take stuff to the scrap store and and library and a quick food shop too oh and I need to buy new knitting needles if the scrap store doesn't have any free ones.
Rubbies Happy Anniversary to you both
Kaz happy birthday to your DH

Morning all. Happy anniversary Rubies.
Dusty - unsettled night here again due to weather and LittleyDog. She actually ended up in bed with me just so I could get a couple of hours shut eye. I'm going to pay for that one.
This morning before the paid stuff my plan is to:
Wash up (last nights dishes..)
Dust the really dusty bits in the LR
Get dressed
Dust in bedroom as I ran out of time last week and its grot now
Hoover downstairs
Declutter something.
Hope I'm not overstretching myself again this morning.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

That's what I've got up to so far this morning. Going to do the dinners now and then that's everything sorted.
All change at work today as I'm on odd job duty as I'm between children this week - start with my new child next week.
Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs Rubies!
Have a good day all
