Not sure what, but sausage, baked beans and something is really appealing right now. Then I'll update finances etc on mine while that cooks, and maybe a few other things off the list. Hola Flyladies

Well, I didn't quite make it here last week :o but as of today, I am trying my bestest! Flying "off piste" as some jobs are in such dire need, I daren't leave them until they turn up on the list.

    Today I have:
    S&Sed the kitchen
Done about five loads of WU
Cleaned the bathroom, including scrubbing the floor in my hands and knees (didn't think the mop would touch the grot :o)
Emptied the two airers of a mountain of washing, put away all the non-ironables
Ran to Ald!, stocked up on cider for me, bourbon of DH and some food I think :D
Tidied our bedroom and ran a duster over half the surfaces, will finish it off whilst DH takes DSD home after the skids have eaten

And that's on top of cleaning someone else's home for 4 hours this morning!

Am hoping to get the little ironing pile done tonight, although my boys are keen for some quality time and there's a new Netflix subscription with my name all over it.

Posting and running, the pasta's almost ready! Hope you're all well xx
  • Thanks Dusty,I'm in,but I'be only cleared and wiped work tops as I went to M&S and changed a couple of items.I then bought a jumper and purse in their sale. The hanger said 14 for the jumper but when I got it home I noticed it was a 10.The strange thing is,it fits perfectly!
Dinner is cooked and eaten so now am looking forward to University Challenge and Broadchurch.

Dinner done, going to wash up and tidy the kitchen and then 15 minutes paperwork before I call it a day, watch unichal and fall asleep.

  • Hi all

Serena glad its all going well. It can only get easier as time goes on.

Elastic your night time antics made me laugh.

Have skimmed through the rest. For me today was paid stuff, Al*i shopping trip, groceries put away, more paid stuff, laundry sorted, stew defrosted and reheated then my exercise class.

If I get cracking no reason why I cant have an hour on the kitchen now before I collapse in a heap!
