strange tescomobile issue
Strange.
I ordered a contract with tescomobile on Friday 9 January 2015 at approx. 10pm, so this will still be in the processing stage, so i wont get the phone and sim until Tuesday 13th.
Yet on my account with Tesco mobile it shows i have used 5 minutes of my allowance, which how when i dont have the phone/sim

No
never had a tesco contract and no temp sim. new order and customer because my EE contract has ended0 -

It the usage shown online itemised or does it just show how many minutes you have and have used?0

it shows 5 minutes used of 250 minutes allowance, but as i only ordered the phone and contract friday night this has yet to be processed let along delivered to me.
Yes I know you haven't got the phone yet, but if the website showed itemised usage it may have provided more information on why this glitch had occured.0 -

No
Have never set anything up, just ordered the phone and contract, even live chat cant figure out why this shows as 5 minutes being used.
still using my EE sim until i get the tesco phone so i can provide the PAC to them0 -
Spooky.
On the bright side, five minutes isn't much, and you'll probably end up getting a month's rental free as an apology
