year's food budget £1,9200 -
Well, a rather surprisingly low spend of £44.02 this week in Mr S tonight. That included coffee, wet cat food and dry cat food (it was all on offer but still reasonably pricey). :j
I need to go to the Chinese Supermarket this week to get some spices, noodles, coconut milk and the like.
Meal plan done for the week. All stuck to last week save for one day where OH decided to take us out for lunch so we didn't feel like eating tea. Also only 1 lunch bought at work. Only had 5 mins between meetings and had bought soup for which I needed to go to the microwave, wait, eat, get the lift to the relevant floor. So I grabbed soup for 99p from work (not too expensive but seemed silly as I'd bought some with me!)
How long til pay day?

I have managed a nsd here
starting to panic that all my budgets already gone and I still have 3 weeks 3 days to get through. Finding I am doing stuff I never would have thought of before my son left half his cerial this morning so it became my breakfast. Also saving every bit of food and I am using left over and turning them into something our coldsaw tonight is becoming out lunch in a pitta . its amazing when you know you should not be spending how resourceful you become.

NSD yesterday but today spent £3.40 on milk, newspaper and red peppers.
Might have something with salad and jacket potatoes tomorrow and then make soup on Wednesday.0 -
First NSD of the month today, sig updated.
Tomorrow I need milk, bread and possibly some cheese if a good offer is up, so it will be a spend day, but unless I see some fantastic YS that will be it as I am still very well stocked. Ah, perhaps a small pot of yogurt to make the next batch as the last one seems to have lost power and it makes the yogurt a bit cheesy. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0
