Morning All.
I will be having a few forced NSDs here as I have injured my hand and cannot drive. I think I could do with a few NSDs, so making the most of it!
Making Fish pie for dinner tonight, with some garlic bread. All from the freezer. Serving it with just a dollop of ketchup as I'll have a nice big serving0 -

Hi all, just popped over to say my February budget will be £100 it doesn't start till Sunday as I am doing calendar months, it's low but achievable as I have just done the last shop of January but it will actually feed us for the first week of February, and we are away half term. I think I will actually aim for even lower, but don't want to set myself up to fail0

Well I have spent £72 today in aldi and pound land so that's my budget for Feb spent I am feeling very nervous but I used the 2 aldi coupons I had got and I really don't want to have to go shopping every week as hubby is recovering from an op and we have 3 young children. Freezers are full cuboards are full in fact everything is full now its just not spending any money that will be the hard bit.February GC £261.97/24 NSDS 10/12

Kicking off Feb with an NSD, then a spend of £9.85 today on dairy free milk & cheese, and a few bits n bobs. Trying to figure out which foods are making me feel a bit rubbish, out with dairy first of all.
Included in this spend was £5 on a "grow your own peppers" kit from Tesco. I reckon if it yields around 15 peppers I'll have broken even, that's my target. I'm not too handy in the garden, but I do try. Got basil, thyme & coriander seeds ready for when this snow disappears too!
I'd love to live in the middle of nowhere, and be self sufficient, we can all dream can't we!!My name is CherryPie and I'm addicted to grocery shopping!!

Well did anyone else see the Eat Well for Less programme on BBC 1 tonight? I'd say all of us are spending considerably less than the £264 a week they started off spending (family of 4, 2 adults 2 under 10 year olds)
Greg Wallace managed to save them £70 a week by brand dropping on everything. I still can't believe that people are spending my entire monthly budget in a week." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
