Right a home update....this is hard month as we are trying to be a frugal as possible to get hubby's card paid.
It was 1265.
Hubby had £220 of expenses and £145 to Invoice a client so we had £900 to find. I have paid £400 which leaves him £500. I expect he will pay £400 and the we will see what we can scrape together.
Money I ssues this month are my mums 50th meal on Saturday and trying not to go mad on presents. A wedding to go to and a broken shower.
Need to work on some free/inexpensive activities for the kids so they don't feel like they are missing out this month!
So our debt total stands at £1577 at the moment until hubby confirms what he has paid off.
Off to update signature.....

Thanks MTG- it was lovely
Well today hubby paid £800 off cc1 leaving the £65 which we will pay when his statement comes through.
However the flip side is he said he has £90 on cc3 which was holiday related things and I just spent £179 on flights up to Manchester
While the latter is annoying we have still decreased our debt this week by £930.... Only £1047 to go!! xOrange Fairy

Hi Laura- thanks for your post and for popping on to my diary
I try and plan any issues in advance so I can feel in control and try and set aside money beforehand
Well good and bad points....I have gone all out and spent more on my mum than I was expecting but she is my lovely Mumsy and I like to spoil her!
It is her birthday meal tomorrow and my sister is coming back from Uni to surprise her!
Other bad point is that hubby bought a trampoline from a friend for £40 (shd says its 8 foot and in great condition as only a year old. Doesn't fit with frugal June and our garden is so small it can't be a permanent fixture however it might get DD2 off her ipod and outdoors a little more! So I'll consider it a healthy investment!
Good points- my uncle finally fave hubby details of his free parking space we can use near to our work. This saves us £8 a week in parking costs which is great.
We also have a lot of meals in the freezer which us great- I didn't get to meal plan the other day but I will do tomorrow. I just used a pack of mince to make 2 birthdays, a meatball dinner for hubby and I and then two small dinners for my self. Packed the mince out with some grated carrot and grated onion as well as spring onions and spicy Italian seasoning- yummy!
Tomorrow I will be decorating cakes, wrapping presents, collecting sis from train, food shop and then meal out...hopefully won't spend too much!
