Happy Monday everyone! (I am already willing for Friday which isn't good!)
I have had a 3 day weekend as Friday was a 'flex day'. I went in for a parents activity morning at DD2s school which was funny and interesting, then I went for an hour long bike ride before lots of house work
Saturday DD2 got called out for a netball tournament for the day and DD1 had ballet so it was a bit of housework and looking after our nephew as the weather was awful.
Sunday the weather was lovely so we spent the morning putting the £40 trampoline up - the girls are very pleased! The afternoon we went to watch Jurassic world at the cinema which was great!
Today DD2 is off for an overnight residential so will be quiet this evening. DD1 is meeting me after work and we are going to go swimming together which will be nice. Need to get back on my exercise!
Still waiting for payday!

Hi Parsnip,
Thank you for reading my diary - welcome! I just subscribed to yours so will have a good read through with a cup of tea later.
Have had a great slimming world day so far as I am back on to it. Exercised in the form of swimming last night though not as much as I would had DD1 not been there - she liked to stop to chat and do handstands!
Just got DD2 back from her residential - she walked through a muddy swampy lake so is filthy - quick clean up and she is off to Netball now - hard Mum that I am!
Need to reconcile my spends tomorrow and check how the end of the month is looking - roll on payday!
I did treat myself to something yesterday - I have been eying up the brita fill n go bottles - the filters work out £1 for 20 litres so will last 7-9 days which is less than I would spend on bought water and encourages me to drink more as it is always there - I am so pleased with it.

Evening all,
Right a bit of a money analysis;
Bank Account = £54.17
Cash = £6.73
Money coming in = £206.90
Child benefit £136
Brothers £21
Sister £40
Work £9.90
Total Money left = £267.80
Money to come out = £100
Netball £5
Raffle Tickets £5
House Ins £10
Food £40
DD2 Brita bottle £10
Nephew present £20
DD1 lunch money £5
DD1 Ballet £5
This means I should be left with around £167.80 and I have council tax on my credit card to pay off which is £127.89
This doesn't include something for hubby for fathers day or my dad so i'll be lucky to break even but then I am going into July in a better position than I thought.
Good news is that the car should only cost about £150 for the MOT which is MUCH better than I thought! :T
Water bottle is going well - I am drinking at least 2.5 litres of water a day which is great

Happy Saturday,
My morning for a lie in and I was wide awake at 7am after watching the golf until 1am. Hubby didn't come in until after I had gone to bed as he was at a business aware event. I think he had a good night....I noticed he must have been sick in the sink when her got home so I don't expect to see him for while!
So I am up continuing with my 2014 photobook. Once it is complete I can wait for a tesc0 voucher for free extra pages so I get it for £40. I plan to do one for every year - I started in 2007 but only did 2 years worth and I want to complete them as it is so good to have a book to look through that covers our year in photosThis is also on my 101 list of things to do!
What it has shown me is that we had done so much more last year by this date...2015 is a bit quiet in comparison!
Not very nice weather....I wanted to spend some time in the garden planning our tortoise enclosure but it isn't looking likely!
Meal plan and shop today. We got our muscl3 f00d delivery this week and I was so impressed. The chicken fillets are huge! Good value for money and it has been very very trimmed of fat - the diced beef had hardly any visible fat on it. So now we have a drawer in the freezer full of meat - we have only tried the chicken fillets in fatijas which were great. Another 22 fillets to go!Orange Fairy

Hi Elly, thank you for 'visiting' - definitely have a look at the 101 list ... i think it's great and very motivating.
I have been MIA for a little bit. The plan to get rid of the debt with this pay check hasn't materialised but we will be close and can definitely clear it by the end of July.
It is pay day today but our wages didn't go in so I have to send an embarrassing email to my boss to point it out. She soon resolved it but I was a little concerned!
In the end I had put £124.44 on credit card as I had run out of money, I have just paid this back on today. I also had £42.45 from the meat order I did but as that meat was for July it has now been paid onto my card from the food budget.
I have paid for the flights which were on my card and £62 of the sofa debt to bring it to £650. We will just have to wait and see what else we can spare...hubby needs to send me some money towards the sofas once her has paid the car bill and any bits he had put on card as I did.
So our current debt stands at £650 which is getting there.
Issues in July........
Beginning of Summer Holidays
Maybe booking a holiday so need to pay deposit
Owe SIL £135 for her hen do
Order dress for SIL wedding
Book hotels for my brothers wedding - pay deposit
DD1 guides trips £50
DD2 cub trips £30
So there are things to trip us up a little this month. We also need to give SIL £100 towards staying in the manor when she gets married but that can be August.
So a bit of selling and frugalness needed for July!
What a hot day today...DD2 had a netball match with school playing a scook with older players - they are year 4 and the other school had year 5 and 6. We won 3-2 with DD2 scoring the last 2 goals so she is very pleased. She then went to a presentation evening for a separate netball group she is with and won U9 Squad member of the year! So a good netball day!
I had better get off to bed as hubby isn't here tonight so I can make the most of stretching in the middle!
