Hey Cath. Good to see you in here. Time is flying for sure.

Meter reading due today so I’ll be super interested to see the bill this month although the solar hasn't been active for much of it. I also downloaded Loop yesterday to track our energy usage on my phone.

Reached £5 payout on Shoppix so Amazon voucher requested. Sold an item of the kids clothing for £5 as well. With those two if I get paid by the end of the week it takes me over £200 for money earned this month which I’m really happy with and also over my target of £1750 for the year. I’ll do a proper end of month post in next few days

DHs payslip should go live today so money juggling night tonight.

Excellent work this month, as always 👍👍👍!
    Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed

Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!
  • I had to contact 1poll about another issue, they noted they OP of 1100 points and told me I could keep it in good faith, and added on another 8points that had been missed from another survery! Nice! Only need a few more pounds for pay out now! Love that the monthly interest was under a £100, how amazing is that!

I can imagine that survey has been costly for 1poll if they’ve dished out £11 to a lot of people!

just picked up 90p on you gov. Their direct cash out surveys are nice when you get them. But I can’t redeem them via the bank and have to contact them so I’ll wait until I hit £50 on the main surveys. £7.50 to go.

Looking like the stoopid energy supplier didn’t take the meter reading automatically and have estimated our bill to be at levels we use in winter. My bad for not entering it, but they have taken it automatically for the last few months.

It’s £2 cashback day on TCB. I’ve just ordered a Giftcard from each of our account so will get the £2 from each plus 61p cashback on each. Will spend the gift cards through TCB so will get further cashback as well.

Had confirmation we have about £290 due to hit the bank from one of the PPI tax rebate claims this week. Chased the tax office for the cheque for the other and they said 60 days max so I’ve another month to wait before chasing that one up.

We’ve ordered our winter wood today. Got hold of a local guy that was recommended who delivers for cash. So we’ve ordered 3.5cubic metres for £240. That will more than see us through the winter so I’m ticking that goal off and reducing the goal to £240. I’ll start saving again for this come December for next year.

Sold an item locally for £5 and also had some prolific earnings and cashback arrive but will add these to next months earnings as I’ve already done the maths.

Two PPI tax claims in and therefore earned money this month is at £416.79 including some survey income.

One car insurance cashback has also been confirmed at £35 so looking forward to that hitting payable.

We are stockpiling Funds at the moment though as our financials may change before the end of the year and I need to have a back up just in case that does happen. I’m really hoping all will be ok though.
