Thanks SL.  I’m sure we will be in touch with them at some point.

So today has been one tip run, sort of of the bikes in the garage. DD can move up to my bike so her old one and DHs need to go.

Solicitors instructed, surveys booked and paid for and a ton of forms completed online.

    Time for a cuppa I think…

Wow, it's really happening, isn't it!  How far are you moving?  It sounds a short distance, which is helpful.

Edging towards payout on 1poll. It sure is quicker on there since they changed it.
Requested some cashback from TcB and just waiting for that to hit the account.
Money earned so far is £29.52 in May.

Longer term (which I can’t think about for fear of jinxing the house move) I need to think about what I do with my MSE time and focus

Excellent on the 15 miles ... I think commuting as a thing is on a downtrend right now, hopefully permanently.

Ooh, I'm on £24.09 on One Poll - I'll race you to payout! Very exciting to think about big "life after mortgage" questions 😀 Sadly, I've plotted out exactly where all my money will be going for several years to come and none of it is very fun (in the short term anyway)!
    Look at your mortgage figure!!!!!

Youll beat me on 1poll. I’ve only just hit £20!
