Bad headache woke me up but thankfully cleared up!
Productive day in that I renewed our Tv / BB contract and got it reduced by £4 a month but cancelled Netflix at the same time so £10 saved each month. Also got National Geo added on for free and got the fee waived for the new ‘box’ that we need to use.Had a few snow flurries but nothing massive. Enough to get the kids oohing and ahhing though.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Happy New 2021 - Here are my 2021 goals in a nutshell.OP £2500
Save £2000
Earn £1500
Do £365OP £2500 - I will stockpile this until it reaches £1000 and then OP. When I do that the mortgage company actually reduce the monthly payment which after research of how our mortgage works is OK!
SAVE £2000 - To build our savings pot back up to £10k and then save an additional £1k making the total £11k
EARN - will continue to declutter but also be more savvy with surveys, bonus points and any earnings opportunities. My aim is to finance a good portion of Christmas by what we earn in points. Any cash earned will be split 50/50 between OP and SAVE.
£365 - Save £1 every day.

Sorted 1poll out and with all the new profile surveys and the £5 they’ve given as a gesture - I just picked up £7.55 which is a great start! With surveys though I’m only going to add amounts to my money earned total when I can actually cash out. Same with cashback. It will mean my money earned money amounts are very variable but it saves me logging every 10p throughout the month!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Strange old day. Trying to ignore the news but feel very uneasy. Full lockdown surely has to be coming. If so I just wish they would get on with it.Anyway trying to focus on what I can control. Sold a whole heap of books on we buy books and some locally. Should come in about £35 if all sell ok.Food delivery tonight was down on usual weekly costs. Still eating bits from Christmas. I can’t believe that was last week! 😱. I’ll leave the excess in the pot for now.Fingers crossed for a premium bond win or two on Tuesday!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
