Forgot to say I did actually stick in a job application last night, very flexible with part time or term time arrangements and we wouldn't need to move house so hoping I hear something from it..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

I find writing down my weight loss goals and plans really helps me. Seeing it typed/written makes it more real and achievable to me.
First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -
Just wanted to say hi DFOD, sounds like you have a lot of fun organised for the holidays.
Try not to feel miserable about your weight, I have also struggled with my weight and spent a good deal of my life feeling miserable about it and it is not worth it. Eventually I joined a slimming class club and lost 2.5 stone and now manage to keep it off by doing a lot of exercise and eating healthily, but that is not always easy when you have little ones. The important thing to focus on is being healthy. Enjoy your time this week with the littlies0 -
Good luck with job application.
I feel your pain with credit card cycle. We pay as much off as we can but have no real savings apart from s&sISA so on a tight month it gets used again.
Have a lovely half term, we managed a month after not re-newing NT membership but missed it and now pay about £8 a month dd. We don't go that often but we tend to have a run of going over the holidays and sunny weekends.
Good luck with your healthy eating. One thing I have learned this week being on my plan is the science of why drinking so much water is important, keep drinking.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Evening DF0D,
Re the weightloss, you can always PM me if you want a whinge. Its totally unfair that all the things we want to eat are bad for us!!! Well ok in moderation but I certainly don't do moderation when I'm off the wagon!!!!
Fingers crossed re the job xxMummytogirls x0 -
Thank you all for you nice words or support. My issue is I have a quick fix approach v slow and steady - my other issue is I want results like NOW and I know the quick fix isn't the answer, well not really a quick fix approach, just a more extreme way of doing it which most people wouldn't agree with. That sounds dodgy doesn't it.. it's meal replacement and I sometimes think not having to make the food choices is the best solution for me right now..
Anyway enough of that, £8.70 earnt on Pr0f0lic tonight which was good. All quiet elsewhere.
Lovely day out with the littlies. NT membership is over.. sob.. lets see how long we last without that.
My pay is in and out! Pots back in credit.. quieter day tomorrow as we are all a bit worn out, plus weather is looking ropey.
whispers - may be off to see a man about a dog this week..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

First of the month again, got on the sad step and groaned at the weight (trying not to get on again whatever I do till 1 July now), meter reading to do in a min.
All monthly DD's out of the account. Another 50p done on y0ugov this morning so at £48 now. Pr0filic credits from last night tracked overnight so I will probably withdraw that ( i know I pay fees, but I get too excited to add to my debt payoff and with the naff month of payoff, every little bit will help)
It's a Jack Russell we are going to see, we had these before and like the breed and soo miss a dog around the house..going tomorrow anyway so we will seeDFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
