Mortgage paid and £107.428.96 is the current balance, have an OP of £6.01 to go at the weekend and now this month has been paid, that means the OP's this year are £1064.41. chuffed with that and means next month I will surpass the OP's we made in the whole of 2015.
Will go colour my 108th brick in now. Washing is out of the tumble and ready to fold.
I actually made a start on my final goal for this year over the weekend.. have changed the scales to kilos so I don't get hung up on exact weights, so I have 35.7kgs to lose. I've lost 2.3kg so far, will brave the scales Friday 1 April and then am going to try and weigh monthly.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

You will enjoy it MTG, not sure if you are doing 1 or 2 days, but the queues were quite bad so it is worth considering to pay for the q-bot, which gets you straight to the front of the queue every time. I didn't look how much and we didn't do half the rides as we ran out of time.
Final survey done in a product test so £4 pending for p-base which means I've reached payout there of £12.60. Will decide how to withdraw it when it gets to payable.
Just hit £35 as well on 1poll, Halfway to payout on M1ntv1ne.. still can't decide whether to keep that one going.
Sold 4 fleabay items whilst away and they were posted today, another two to list tonight and 4 currently active that don't seem to be shifting.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Sorry I'm a tad late but I've been very lax with MSE over the last 10 days or so. Hidden was the perfect one to help and has given me food for thought for the next 12 months. I do tend to like shorter fixes for the adaptability around circumstances changing. The issue I have to settle is whether to pay a fee for a better rate. psychologically I don't want to even though I know it'll have me £500 better off!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

I'm the same SJ.... and to be honest, will probably leave it another year and throw everything I can at the mortgage whilst trying to clear the last of the debt..
Lay in bed awake since just gone 3am and having logged on to the bank and allocated all of my wages, decided to get up and update my figures.
Unexpected bill on DH CC means I don't have what I thought I would have to put towards CC3, but still over £100 chucked at it and it is now £518.94. Goes without saying my target will be to get that under £500 this month and I will aim for under £450.. also means this won't likely be clear till May payday, which I think I'd originally said would be the case anyway?
Most transactions through on CC5 and that has reduced by just over £2 to £986.41.. defo is a case of every penny here and there with that one.
I haven't allocated £50 that I know will come in this month and I know I'm likely to have survey income of about £50 this month, so there is wriggle room.
All in all, pretty happy with deductions.. feel like the end is in sight with CC3 - I absolutely seem to be more focused when I concentrate on one debt at a time.
Few hours at home this morning, then we are off out to an outside theatre production this afternoon, will take a picnic to save on money. Looking forward to it, though reckon it'll be a muddy one!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Lovely day, if very muddy!! But a good time was had by all.
Me and DH managed to have a conversation in the car on the way back and have agreed this home isn't our forever home, we would like to be in walking distance of the coast, so who knows when that will happen - but it will change our home renovation plans in that we will do the bare minimum. After catching up on here, I'm off to set up some house alerts in some areas. Will also mean a job move for me, but I'm cool with that. Actually a job come up in the last week that I am going to apply for.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Sun is shining and it's due to be a lovely sunny day (if a little cold) today.
Conversations continued last night and I wouldn't be surprised if the house move takes place within the next 2 years. We are just going to patch up and repaint / tile the kitchen and then repaper the bathroom / paint / put a new bath panel on / replace flooring and then slab in the back garden and we are done. To be fair, this does need doing before we go on the market, so reckon it'll be next Spring we go on the market. Definitely gives focus though for the rest of this year.
Earmarked a few houses in an area that is more touristy from where we have lived before, but you will get that living by the coast and think we would just like more people around us having lived very rurally for the last 6 years.
A further £10.80 left over from holiday spends now that all the transactions have gone through, so mortgage OP for this week, currently at £9.37 and unlikely to increase so will pay that over today. Another £5 towards CC3, so that is at £513.94 now. and sent £3 to the littlies account which is over by £5 still from last months spends.
Few more surveys done last night, 300 points on Ips0s and £2.60 pending on the academic site, which means I've reached the payout amount, just waiting for it to track to claim though assume it might take a few weeks if universities are on hols? Still waiting for the £4 to credit p-base as well so I can claim that (hopefully tomorrow)DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

We live by the seaside.. erm right on it and its lovely
We can walk to our big town in 20 mins and resort area 20 mins the other way.. nice choices to have.
Boats go past our window, it's a pedestrian zone so no cars.. We had a few sticky years were I resented this house and all it stood for, but I'm fairly pleased now we couldn't sell.. I think it was me wanting to run away from all my stressors.. but job changed, reformed husbandand being in control have now stopped my ichy feet.
