@Hamish, yes I think the SNP did badly by Scotland, let alone GB which they would paint as a wimp of a country unwilling to support its allies, but then they are in their own little obsession and I for one, don't associate them with Scotland..
Yep.
Pretty miserable performance really.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

As many of the speakers in yesterday's debate said - yes it might create more Daesh terrorists, but doing nothing will create more.
All of the non-Daesh world is a target, some countries (including the UK) more so. They have to be stopped, not just for our own security but for that of the entire world.
Spot on...“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Unbelievable...
Not even a day later and the SNP are proving their SNP-Bot position was just a shallow political stunt done for indy recruiting purposes.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Yeah I saw that ... and I wasn't impressed with some other conversations I saw either
But Atleast they didn't vote to murder innocent people ...
I imagine even in your opinion murder is worse than trying to get people to join your gang ?0 -

Innocent people are being murdered today, innocent Syrians, innocent Iraqi's, and innocent Europeans, on a mass scale by Daesh.
Sitting back and watching as these thugs attack our allies in Europe, our citizens across the World, and repeatedly try to attack us here is simply not an option.
You cannot defeat this death cult with words and diplomacy...
Albeit there might actually be a particularly appropriate delegation of 57 56 55 MP's that we should probably drop off in the Caliphate to see how they get on with talking them to death....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

It's hard to think of a more ridiculous post. You understand that ISIL push gay men off buildings and behead christians...right? They kill women that they consider too old to sell into sexual slavery.
Inaction is tacit support. Remember the words of Father Niemoller. You want to do nothing because they haven't come for you yet. We need to fight fascism in all its forms.0 -

Yep and now we're killing them as well ... man it must be hard living in your head justifying murder in your name0 -
Bombing should have always been the last option ... not the go to choice ...0

We should at least be honest and admit bombing alone isn't going to work either.
An Islamic State needs money to function. Why don't we go after the sources of that money. Why do we ignore the people who buy their oil; and that other state in the region beginning with "S" which promotes extreme religious ideology which allows these cults to grow.0
